First of all, I would like to thank all of the lecturers for teaching, helping and guiding us in giving useful talk to us and in completing all of our studioworks. Yes, we had completed our RUS 104 course for the 1st semester. It's time to HURRAY!!!hahaha. Time flies. Three months have passed imperceptibly.
Recall the first day when I stepped in DK 48b and got the very first project in HBP, it was like hell for me. We need to complete our work within 1 week and moreover it was a drawing work. I tried to avoid any drawing before I entered USM because I am not a creative person and have no drawing talent at all. It was a sad news for me when I got the first project. Anyway, it passed and I got through it.
I had learned a lot of drawing and coloring techniques such as sketching, hatching and designing. I am very appreciate what I had learned from the lecturers. Other than that, the greatest gain in my studio life is friendship. Whenever I encountered difficulties in doing studioworks, my friends will try their best to help me. I am very grateful to them for everything.
I had learned a lot of moral values such as responsible, cooperating, tolerant, self-discipline and time management throughout the studio life. Almost every week we will get a new project and we need to finish it within a week. We need to be very responsible and self-discipline students in order to complete our task in time. This is what I had learned from RUS 104.
Besides, we have many chances to get known with schoolmates since we had many group works in these three months. We need to cooperate well with each others no matter what religions we are. I feel glad with this because we can get to know schoolmates with different ethnics and even different countries.
Finally, our RUS 104's studio life had came to an end. This is not an easy process but it cannot be denied that we had a lot of fun and precious memories in these three months. Our first semester has ended and LIFE STILL GOES ON !!! :)
